• When will I get my stein in the mail?
In stock steins will ship within 10 business days.

• What are the shipping/handling fees?
$13.95 shipping/handling fees for one (1) stein, $7.95 for each additional stein ordered. Additional charges include: Hawaii/Alaska: $15.00 shipping/handling fees for each stein ordered, Canada: $10.00 shipping/handling fees for each stein ordered, Outside US and Canada: $25.00 shipping/handling fees for each stein ordered.

• Can I purchase The Hobbit steins at a store?
At this time, the Epic Collection is exclusively for purchase online.

• Where are the steins made?
Each stein is hand-crafted in Brazil by Ceramarte, the world’s preeminent producer of high quality steins.

• Who designed the artwork on the steins?
Smaug the Magnificent was exclusively illustrated by Matt Stawicki- a leading fantasy illustrator.

• How limited are the steins?
The Epic Collection Steins are produced to order. The Legendary Collection Steins are limited to 999 steins worldwide.

• What is included with my stein?
Each stein is packaged in a gift box and includes a certificate of authenticity to commemorate your purchase. Each Legendary certificate of authenticity is signed and numbered by the artist.

• How tall are the steins and how much do they weigh?
Each Epic Collection stein measures 10 ¾ inches from the base to the top of the pewter lid and weighs approximately 3 pounds.

• Will new steins be produced?
Development of the next stein in the Epic Collection has begun - Bilbo: An Unexpected Party

• Will you be doing other drinkware?
A complete line of coffee glasses, mugs & tankards are under development.

• How do I care for my stein?
Ceramarte Steins are easily hand washed and rinsed with any dish soap or mild detergent. We suggest avoiding the use of metal scouring pads. Steins can be chilled but hot liquids should not be poured into chilled steins and chilled steins should not be placed on hot surfaces. With minimal care, your hand crafted collectable stein will be enjoyed for generations!"

• Is it safe to use the stein as drinkware?
Each stein is food safe and can be used to drink your favorite beverage - hot or cold.

Items may be returned within 30 days if not damaged or defective. If your product is damaged or defective, you have 7 days to notify 3 Point to arrange a return or exchange.
